Kirikiya Terms and Conditions
for Bangladesh Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kirikiya, creating an account, or using any feature of the kirikiya platform, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these kirikiya terms and conditions, you must not use the platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and kirikiya. They apply to all players who use kirikiya, regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a web browser, the kirikiya app, or any other method. Your continued use of kirikiya after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To use kirikiya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Kirikiya is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where using an online gaming platform of this type is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from kirikiya for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a kirikiya employee or contractor.

Kirikiya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player cannot provide satisfactory verification, kirikiya may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one kirikiya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a breach of these kirikiya terms and conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering on kirikiya, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Kirikiya uses this information to verify your identity and to process your payments correctly.

• You are responsible for keeping your kirikiya login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect that your kirikiya account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the support team immediately.
• Kirikiya is not liable for losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Account names cannot be transferred. Your kirikiya account belongs to you and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.

Kirikiya may carry out identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal. Players are required to cooperate fully with these checks. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kirikiya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Kirikiya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

When you make a deposit on kirikiya, the funds are credited to your kirikiya account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Kirikiya does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Kirikiya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals on kirikiya are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team.
• Kirikiya processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time.
• Kirikiya reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Funds in your kirikiya account do not earn interest. Kirikiya holds player funds in accordance with its internal financial controls.

5 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on kirikiya — including Rummy, Zuma Dragon, Lucky Dice, Let's Shoot, Plinko, Dragon Tiger Luck, and Super Bingo — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and independent of all previous results.

Each game on kirikiya has its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a wager. Kirikiya is not responsible for losses that result from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Game results displayed on kirikiya are final once the round is complete, except in cases where a technical fault is confirmed.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical issue on the kirikiya platform, the round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Kirikiya reserves the right to void any game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.
• Players must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features in any kirikiya game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Kirikiya may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and form part of these kirikiya terms and conditions.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Kirikiya bonuses are intended for personal use only. Using a bonus in a way that kirikiya considers to be abusive — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — may result in the bonus being voided.
• Only one bonus may be active on a kirikiya account at any given time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between kirikiya accounts or converted to cash outside of the stated withdrawal conditions.
• Kirikiya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

Players who have questions about the terms of a specific kirikiya promotion should contact the support team before accepting the offer. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has begun, the terms of that offer cannot be retroactively changed to the player's detriment.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Kirikiya maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kirikiya platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with kirikiya games or the platform in a way that is not available to standard players.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

• Kirikiya is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other loss that results from a technical fault, server outage, or interruption to the platform that is outside kirikiya's reasonable control.
• Kirikiya is not responsible for any loss that results from a player's failure to read or understand the rules of a game or the terms of a promotion.
• Kirikiya's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your kirikiya account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing your account, kirikiya will process any pending withdrawal requests and return your remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

Kirikiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The player has breached any part of these kirikiya terms and conditions.
• Kirikiya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The player has been found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by kirikiya due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Kirikiya will communicate the reason for account closure to the player where it is legally permissible to do so.

12 Changes to Terms

Kirikiya may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification.

If you do not agree with the updated kirikiya terms and conditions, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the new terms take effect. Continued use of kirikiya after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
